Jamie struthers missed a good chance to open the scoring on the hour but he shot wide when clean through. Dalbeattie then replaced Parker with Cameron. Darren Kerr was then booked for a rough tackle on Phillips. The ever dangerous Scott Milligan hit the Threave post. at this point Manager McVittie replaced Phil Middlemiss with super sub Shaun Milligan.
